The Alca family extends its deepest condolences to all those affected by the cyclone disaster that struck Sumatra. This natural disaster has had a significant impact on many families in Aceh and Tapanuli. As an aluminium extrusion manufacturer and supplier based in Indonesia, Alca believes in giving back to the communities it serves.
Since November 30, Alca has actively distributed humanitarian aid in stages. Aid has been delivered weekly to multiple affected areas, with a clear focus on the most urgent needs on the ground.
In the first week, Alca provided food and medical supplies to support emergency needs for affected communities.
In the second and third weeks, Alca continued its support by delivering daily necessities and clean water supplies. This effort helped residents maintain basic daily activities during the recovery period.
In the fourth and fifth weeks, Alca continues to closely monitor the situation. If access to previously isolated areas is restored and severe damage remains, Alca’s CSR program will continue to support recovery efforts.
Alca remains committed to standing with the community and taking real action. This initiative reflects Alca’s social responsibility and long term commitment to supporting Sumatra.
